So you want to turn your venue into a destination? Fantastic! We are so happy to have you, and we promise to help your business grow in any way we can.
We have gone above and beyond to make your experience with us easy, quick, and with the least amount of hassle. Here is how you list with us:
1) Create Panel(s)
2) Fill out the "Submit Panel" Form
3) Pay for the Placement(s)
Create Panel(s)
Panels are all the same size: 9 5/8" wide by 9 3/8" high. They are all expandable to full size when clicked on. Your file(s) should be in JPEG or PNG formats. If your are using something else, send it to us and we will see if we can use it. Once we have the Panel(s), we will format the Panel(s) to our site.
If you need help, we have a crack staff of starving artists (just kidding) more than willing to help you create your Panel(s), including Photography. Contact us (Bottom of Page) and we can set up a time to meet in person or online.

Pay for the Placement
Once we receive your request, we will process it (Usually the same day) and send you an invoice with a copy of the Panel(s) as it(they) will show on the site. We will also include the dates you want the Panel(s) inserted and removed. Paying the invoice will be the understanding all the information is correct, so please double check the Panel(s) before paying; If there are issues, please DON'T pay the invoice and contact us right away. ONLY pay the invoice when the Panel(s) look correct. Once your payment has been received and cleared, we will place your request in our appointment book. Placement cut-off is 5:00pm CST to get in the next day.
We can set up an account for you so you don't have to worry about Payments issues. You will also receive a Monthly Statement of your activity. Let us know and someone can walk you through the process.
Edit / Delete / Postpone a Placement
Things happen. We understand. If for some reason you need to Edit or Postpone a Placement, please send us a corrected version or contact us to make the necessary changes at least 24 hours prior to the Placement date.
If you need to delete an appointed Placement schedule, please let us know at least 24 hours prior. There are no refunds, but we will post a credit on your account for the deleted Placements.
